I remember those early days all too well. Every rejection stung, and I questioned if my dream was even worth chasing. Yet, against all odds, I secured placement in over 1,200 stores, graced more than 1500 blogs, dozens of magazines, and witnessed celebrities showcasing my products in both magazines and movies. Even with all these wins, there were still moments when self-doubt crept back in. I sought advice from experts with fancy MBAs and even enlisted help from those with MAC pedigrees, hoping their guidance would light the way. But I soon learned that an MBA doesn’t guarantee brilliance—it only means they’ve been to business school.

At one point, things hit rock bottom. I had to close my company. I felt like a complete failure. In the midst of that darkness, a few weeks later, my husband reminded me something vital: I was still me. That realization sparked the beginning of rebuilding my self-belief, one step at a time.
